Nate here with Baritone Home Buyers. This is a house we just closed on, in Phoenix, near 35th Avenue and Camelback. It’s got some broken windows, some green carpet, the kitchen needs a little bit of work. And when I say a little bit, we’ll fully redo everything in here. We inherited a lot of possessions, so we’re working on trash out and landscaping today. This area was being used as a bedroom but it’s actually got a hot water heater in it. So we’ll have to change the usage of this closet here. Let’s count the bedrooms. So if we count this one as a bedroom, that’s number one. Number two… Some funky stuff going on in the closet. I think this is ducting for the air conditioner. Here’s bedroom three; here’s a bathroom. Bedroom four; another bathroom. Bedroom five, and bedroom six. So it’s a legit six bedroom if we count that converted carport. We’ve got our work cut out for us, but this is how we like it. The bigger the fixer upper, the better.
